Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month
In May of 2008, the US House of Representatives announce July as Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month. The goals of this legislation were to improve access to mental health treatment and services and promote public awareness of mental illness and Enhance public awareness of mental illness and mental illness among minorities.
National Recovery Month
National Recovery Month (Recovery Month) is a national observance held every September to promote and support new evidence-based treatment and recovery practices, the emergence of a strong and proud recovery community, and the dedication of service providers and community members across the nation who make recovery in all its forms possible.
