Many individuals have needs addressing housing, food, utilities, educational and vocational services, health care, family services, ongoing recovery supports, benefits issues, etc. Arneda and Robin are available to help participants with these concerns, as well as also being available to assist as technology coaches for many. System Navigators are vital instruments in removing barriers for individuals connecting to community programming and resources.
Arneda takes joy in helping individuals identify and assess resources needed in their communities, as well as offering one on one peer support. Arneda has extensive experience leading tracks at Participation Station, as well as being a Warmline Operator. Arneda’s search for a support group for herself is what brought her to NAMI Lexington and is a testament to the wonders of peer support. Arneda loves to express herself through art and music and her office sports an eclectic representation of her interests and personality.

Robin is a System Navigator, Warmline operator, and group leader at NAMI Lexington, where Robin provides resources to participants, support to callers, and leads groups at ESH. Robin has been a 911 Operator for 5 years, and a Customer Service Manager for 16 years, among other distinctions in the field. Robin assists Participation Station participants by meeting with participants to discover their needs, utilizing excellent communication skills. Robin is a basket weaver and an animal lover from Lexington, Kentucky.
